Statement

You can prepare a request and save it as a local file. Saving a file does not send information to the Alliance. Do not include identity document numbers, complete bank statements or other sensitive materials. Before a service collects personal data, it should provide a collection statement explaining purpose, use, retention and inquiry arrangements. Referral to overseas institutions requires separate informed confirmation.
