Chen Jidong is the founder of Chaintrust, CEO of Chain Technology and an industry adviser to the University of Hong Kong's data science institute. He previously served as Chief Product Officer for security technology at Ant Group and General Manager of ZOLOZ digital identity. His KYC/KYB technology received an IDC financial technology real-value award. His work focuses on digital identity and on-chain fund tracing.
Key points from the presentation
The convergence of RWA, blockchain and AI is creating a trillion-scale digital asset market, while concealed cross-chain transactions introduce new laundering risks. Chen described a transition from an AI risk-management copilot to an autonomous autopilot: AI fund-flow graphs can reveal hidden paths, while blockchain evidence records support asset tracing and address compliance traceability and data trust. HKAML also released its AML Intelligence and Investigation Industry Insights Report, outlining compliance and risk-management approaches for physical and digital assets in Asia-Pacific.
