Participants included National People's Congress deputies and Legislative Council members Chan Yung, Finance Committee Chairman Ronick Chan Chun-ying and Chan Chung-ni; former NPC deputy Teng Zhenlong; HKAML Chairman Zhang Chuantao; Beosin founder Professor Yang Xia; and AML compliance specialist Zheng Liyuan.
